My precious ones,

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. Don’t forget that it is a day of fast and abstinence. Find your Lent–a time of introspection and simplicity. Examine the flame deep within your heart. Be the intentional Christian–the essential Catholic. Wear your ashes. Make your sacrifices. Go silently to your room to pray and do your study. Do works of generosity and make your actions those of service. Be the Lenten pilgrim.
