We ended the evening with a viewing of Eastwood\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0824747\/\">Changeling<\/a>. His color palette was handsome and the period look convincing, but an effective mood never coalesced for me, as with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0327056\/\">Mystic<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0405159\/\">Baby<\/a>. I was ready to move on before it was over.
