If I&#8217;ve had enough of that place, I can only imagine what my son is going through, now that he&#8217;s been there for over twelve weeks. The idea that it could be another twelve (according to one of his docs) is too much to process right now. But here&#8217;s something encouraging that I learned from Uncle Bob this past weekend: His before-the-England-trip stress test results were very good. So that means if we eat smart, don&#8217;t smoke and get regular exercise, we can overcome our family history of predisposition to cardio-vascular disease.
