Now the abnormal year is behind me, and I was back at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamivalleytrails.org\/trails\/little-miami-scenic-trail\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Little Miami Scenic Trail<\/a> to walk and to declare it over and done with!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cForget about the knee.
