I accept that one is responsible for one\u2019s own serenity, but there are times when I think that peace and quiet are the scarcest commodities. Tonight is one of those times, after having found a kindred spirit in the author of <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.lib.umn.edu\/draeg001\/regionalpartnerships\/\">this remarkable blog<\/a>.
