As in hip, not nervous.\">Firefox<\/a> a lot and since I open up pretty much every link I hit in a new tab, does anybody know if there&#8217;s a way to reverse the default behavior?  That is, I&#8217;d like to make links automatically open in new tabs <i>except<\/i> when I hit CTRL.
