I mean, I&#8217;ve read it before, but as of today I&#8217;m reading larger chunks and really trying to grok its navigation.  And it&#8217;s good.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ftrain.com\/rahin_story.html\" title=\"&quot;Christian Fitness Resurrection Vol 1: tone arms through crucifixion&quot;\">&#8220;Scott Rahin&#8217;s&#8221; columns<\/a> are a quick favorite; they remind me of the amiable hate-fest that is a fact of life between certain members of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nightlightpress.com\/cgi-bin\/YaBB.cgi\" title=\"Don't bother.\">Nightlight Press Community<\/a> and myself.<\/p>\n<p>Been using that ol&#8217; blockquote a lot here lately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;One day I won&#8217;t put up with you.
