It&#8217;s been just over four weeks since I sprained it.  A lot has happened since then!<\/p>\n<p>I have a little lingering soreness, so I&#8217;m not sure if I&#8217;m going to keep the cast off or not this week.  It&#8217;s not crippling, though, and MAN is it nice to actually wear a shoe on that foot.
