I knew this image was from <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=The_Tattooed_Potato_and_Other_Clues\" title=\"I wrote this.  Just now.\">The Tattooed Potato<\/a>, a bleak and frightening book I&#8217;d read (exactly once) in elementary school.  Last week, while in the library, I suddenly had to go check it out and read it.  (It is not actually very bleak or frightening now, and in fact that exact image isn&#8217;t in the book.)<\/p>\n<p>As per <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xorph.com\/nb\/nb.cgi\/view\/nfd\/2006\/03\/07\/0\" title=\"Never have gotten around to writing more, actually.\">NFD policy<\/a>, I&#8217;m going to wait a little while before I write any more about the book&#8211;I only finished it ten minutes ago.  I will say this:  it&#8217;s one thing to realize that one still reads for the things one first found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xorph.com\/nb\/nb.cgi\/view\/nfd\/2006\/03\/23\/0\" title=\"I don't think I actually listened to a teacher from 1993 to 1996.\">in middle school<\/a>.
