(And I got a hernia!)  He&#8217;s fine, though, so it&#8217;s just rescheduled for a week later.<\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xorph.com\/nb\/view.cgi\/nfd\/2003\/07\/28\/0\">bought a TV<\/a> yesterday, although I ended up choosing brand reliability over a flat screen and got a Phillips.  We still don&#8217;t have cable at home, but I do have an XBox and a brand-new high-definition AV pack, and now&#8211;no offense, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.xorph.com\/nb\/category.cgi\/nfd\/Travel and Acronyms\/TARC\">TARC<\/a>&#8211;me and S-Video are <i>best<\/i> friends.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of TARC, the same bus I&#8217;d been taking from the old apartment actually comes right by the new apartment, which is convenient to the point of suspicion.  I have to get up earlier, but I also get to nap on the bus now.
