It is always a delight to see new names and fresh approaches to our medium. I must admit that there is much for me to learn about the history and current state of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mail_art\" title=\"at Wikipedia\" target=\"_blank\">Mail Art<\/a>, which has always been closely tied to collage, based on the trends set in motion by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rayjohnsonestate.com\/art\/mail-art-and-ephemera\/\" title=\"from the Ray Johnson Estate\" target=\"_blank\">Ray Johnson<\/a> and his collaborators.<\/p>\n<p>My thanks to British artist Theo Miller for his ongoing management of the Scopophilia project.
